I found this useful article recently from the journal I received from the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. Don't know why this time the Institute did not publish the soft copies in PDF format.  Therefore, I need to scan the hard copies.

This is only applicable if you have not submitted your BE form for 2010 or itend to submit BE Form for 2010.
