15 km mark = 1 hr 26 min +

20 km mark = 1 hr 59 min +
21 km mark = 2 hr 6 min 6.66 sec

Some of my running friends expect me to do sub-2 hours this time since I made it in PJ Half Marathon 2006 recently as Ipoh route is quite flat. The result was I failed. Have to admit that I did not have consistent long run after the KLIM 2006. Trying to balance myself with other activities such as cycling, mountain climbing and swimming. Glad that I still managed to maintain my average timing as todate. Will try to run in Ipoh until I managed to achieve my target and will also try to enjoy future half marathons (not so results oriented).

Stay tune for detailed report of the race.
