Timing: 2004 (19.5 km) = 2 hr 15 min 40 sec (missed certificate by 40 sec)
2005 (21 km) = 2 hr 9 min+
2006 (21 km) = 1 hr 59 min 40.26 sec (New personal record)
Previous personal record = 2 hr 00 min 27 sec (Ipoh International Run 2005)
Position = 150th with medal and a certificate of merit which will be posted to the runners later.

The standard has risen for this year as compared with last year. If I were to run like last year’s timing I’ll never be able to get a medal. Stay tune for details of the report.
