All quiet at accountants' meeting

Refer to attachment.
What an embarassing situation for a meeting held on 24/9/2011 at 2 p.m. with attendence of 256 members became adjourned due to lack of quorum around 7.30 p.m.
As a result, all the motions had to be debated again eventhough my motion (Motion 1) had been debated and votes by show of hands was duly conducted.
Interesting facts: no. of proxies outnumbered members present at the meeting i.e. 1,109 proxies and 256 members (including yours truly) present.
